Thanks to a massive grassroots effort in 2005 the General Assembly set up one of the best pieces of election legislation reform.  The primaries in 2006 went very well in NC and audits showed the machines were acting pretty well.  Thank you to all who helped make NC the success model for all of the South.  We still have to be on alert to efforts to undo our great legislation, but for now, NC is in very good shape.
